It’s actually a public holiday in Saudi 24/5-28/5. I think someone has plucked the 23/5 out of thin air! It’s a Saturday for starters which is obviously a weekend in Saudi.

23/5 is the End of Ramadan / the date Big Mike took over at the mags 13 years ago.....so not out of thin air!

Ok, not out of thin air but deliberately chosen as a “could be the date”. If it was confirmed it will be impossible to keep under wraps.
