Benitez had the better career between him and Bruce, without a doubt.

In terms of being Newcastle manager, Benitez is behind both Bruce and Pardew.

It's that straight forward.
I think trying to compare them in terms of points per game while at Newcastle or league position or stats is all a bit pointless and daft.
All the parts are different, different players at different times playing against different teams with different players and having very different seasons, a futile exercise if you ask me.

The only real way you can compare the job they have done and are doing at NUFC is to rate the job Rafa did at NUFC X out of 10 and rate the Job Bruce has done so far X out of 10 so in my opinion (your choice) has done better.
Entirely subjective of course.

My personal opinion is they both did a good job at NUFC
In terms of how good they are as a Manager over their careers so far I rate Rafa as a much better manager but again it's a subjective opinion.

To be honest I think the reason most on this Board think Rafa is a shit manager is simply because we don't and it has nothing to do with his ability.
Had we have spent 2 seasons chanting Rafa out and screaming he was the worlds worst manager the consensus of opinion on here would be he is world class and the mags are too thick to realise how lucky they are.

But.. but.. but.. I just the wor buying wor club.

Seemingly unlike Man City they’re not going to ploughing money into just one club.

Buying under one percent of a US company's shares - buying a majority stake in a British football club: The same thing, obviously.

And they take the piss out of Mackem Logic...

Sure I read it was 500 million investment into Disney / Facebook etc. How much are those businesses worth if it’s only 1%:eek:

They are thick as mince.

I keep seeing these comparisons to buying shares in Disney and how it isn't criticised.

The main issue appears to be the piracy streaming issue, which suprisingly, is completely different to other business acquisitions.
