I disagree, they ve set out to make as much money as possible whilst trotting out lie after lie and would of and probably will stil walk away without paying the money back
Making money doesn't make them crooks though and to make any money at all they've needed to get the club promoted, their short term planning has really impacted the club when we had the opportunity to do what wolves or Southampton have done and build from the bottom up, instead they've built a house on quicksand and just keep propping it up every 6 months it's absolutely shit, that doesn't make them imposters just shite, which is enough frankly.

Clearly! They paid around 15m and hoped to sell the club for more than double after promotion (we were huge favourites to get up).
Nothing suggests they were for a long stay, if that was the case we would've seen more care for the Academy and the scouting team.

Maybe not crooks but prioritising their own ability to maximise profit in the short term by doing things that hurt the club in the short, medium and long term (partly accidental but partly deliberate) most certainly marks them out as a corrosive influence on Safc. It’s not all innocent incompetence either. In many cases it’s deliberate abuse.

What I dont get (and excuse my ignorance) is why did they take out a £10m loan for day-to-day running of the club if they were in a position to pay back the £20.5m loan from the club to Madrox at any point?
Bearing in mind, the parachute money has now gone and the main income would be from ticket sales.

Spot on

They said they didn’t need the £10m loan.

Anyone have any idea how they can't talk about FPP because of a confidentiality agreement but they can throw them under the bus for the owners writing off debt they owe to us 3 months before anyone had even heard of FPP?

Yes they are, because they destroyed our future (The Academy) in the process of trying to make a quick profit.

They said they didn’t need the £10m loan.

They also said some of it would be used to fix a broken lift and the PA system

Exactly. Nothing tells you more of their intentions than the way the academy has been "cared-for". They were banking on it being someone else's problem.

FPP wanted to put that money in the club to have the first option in buying the club I guess.

How you make money can classify you as a crook , using the clubs own money to pay for itself and not give it back has them as crook imo, suppose a lot comes down to if you believe a word that comes from there mouths , and I don t
