Why would the club hire a CEO a week before the club is sold? Especially one that is mates with Methven. I'm not falling for this again.
Saw this on 606 a few days back and thought it made perfect sense at the time,

“ didn't somebody say that Rodwell was on the EFL and FA boards/comittee ? and that FPP had taken advice from a former England manager? Could it be that FPP have asked McLaren to headhunt them a new CEO to ease SD out of the day to day stuff and get him bedded into the job ready to implement their plans during a phased takeover, as well as keeping an eye on any further investment they might make along the way? their own man in charge if you like, leaving SD as a chairman in name only, but free to go back to his main business.”

Any such debt acquired by a new owner would be, at most, £2.5m (the amount that seems to have come into the club post write-off that's not in the form of shares. Any further loans would be cash they put in themselves.

in Jan this year JS put £3 million in to the club to help support the running costs, I personally think that will be his final movement within the club. remember IMOI
Stop posting outright untruths, MADROX DOES NOT OWEN THE STADIUM - SUNDERLAND LTD DOES.
WELL DONE GRUMPS

this whole thing about the owners and investment, debt, etc is mostly driven by mags who think the more they poison us as a fan base the worse it will get, wake up we are being driven by mags in these post
this forum has had its share of bad times but im afraid it will not get better for a while.

Driven by mags?

By posting a link to two national newspaper articles?

Give someone a laptop and a phone to work at home.
Yep. They'd pay for themselves for a week by processing one season ticket.

The club is generating an operating profit of £5m a year according to Donald. Why would it need £3m from Juan so soon after the FPP money?

If you think that the biggest problem at Safc is a Mag media looking to cause trouble, I’m sorry marra but you’re off your f***ing head.

The news I have heard is nothing to do with Bracewell and 2 wealthy businessmen, but it relates to the yanks with the Dell connection, and a deal being very close to sign off. If I am wrong so be it, but just what I was told yesterday hence my previous post. If its correct then something could happen pretty soon. Oh, and the purchase price is now £10 million.

Haven't been in here for years but managed to see this within 5 minutes.

Not sure what the new love owt like this is but whatever it is stick is down for it.

Believing this 100%

Now back to Twitter

Edit: link added

SD: “Next season, pre-transfer payments, I reckon we make £100,000 a week moving forward - unless we spend it.

“There won’t be a loss, not a chance will there be a loss.”

Maybe he was hired by someone then really worked for someone else, then if we are sold he will find himself reporting to a go between of the original someone but reporting to an associate of the old guard who report to no one, then he will be free to go about his business, unless the hacks get hold of the reporting structure, then we can discuss it forever more.

You've just this minute posted that Sunderland Ltd whom own The SoL is "100 % owned by Madrox", mind

Which is true, But his implication is that Madrox would still have the ground after any sale. That is very much not the case, and, in the current atmosphere, a stupidly dangerous allegation to make.

FPP have played a magnificent long game which will hopefully be coming to fruition soon.

They saw the issues during due diligence so stepped back but never went away.

They’ve let SD and CM back themselves into a corner like little trapped mice and will eventually pounce like the intelligent fat cats they are.
Absolutely spot on mate.
