No world class players will go to Newcastle for at least the first season. Why would they go there? Newcastle won’t be the only club in the world paying big wages Covid 19 or not.

More Joelinton style signings will be the norm.

I don't think they will be trying to sign world class players.
Good players , better than we have yes but i don't think they will be in for the really big names.

Of course elite players aren't going to join us any time soon. Of course there'll be FIFA kids expecting Neymar and Mbappe to be supplying crosses to big Andy Carroll. We just need to find players who're considerably better than what we've got (shouldn't be hard).

Indeed.

With Everton having a new stadium in the offing, coupled with being in the NW added to West Ham with a similar virtually new stadium and being in London, it gives them both a big advantage over Team Saudi.
