Jesus. The mag infestation is bad enough never mind SAFC pretending to be mags and mags pretending to be SAFC

I think there is a begrudging faint praise for my use of syntax?

The analogy of Dortmund to Fortuna Düsseldorf is more apt.
In terms of potential, Fan base and regional hegemony. Also national and international profile.
I'm back but not on much
Newcastle have a bigger catchment area and as expected have nearly always averaged more fans than us despite us having a great following. Newcastle had ambition and momentum in the crucial early sky years and although they've had their difficulties, they've still been ran much better than Sunderland in the last 25-30 years, at times realising their potential, enjoying champions league football and nearly always being in the top flight. Sunderland have barely even threatened to reach their potential in this time. As a consequence the gap has grown in that time in terms of fanbase and profile.
What is astonishing is the extent that you think this has happened and shows just how deluded and thick you are. Being arrogant and delusional is something that Newcastle fans are well known for outside the north east. As for the comparison you made...
Imagine dortmund losing 6 times a row to fortuna. Imagine dortmund failing to win the lions share of the head to head matches in the entire history of the game against fortuna. They are head and shoulders, far bigger than fortuna. An absolutely crazy comparison
You're seriously comparing Newcastle to some of the great cities of the world.Yes but it is telling that Newcastle was on the list. There is a prestige factor with all those cities and clubs you list.
I think there is a begrudging faint praise for my use of syntax?

We had 4 deaths and about 500 cases. What's lockdown situation over there - any deaths ?
Aye league 1 never seen your team in Europe, your best player some fat pudding on a free from Bury and a half empty stadium great choice tbf
It is indeed, sad sad manIsn't this the lad that created an account and pretended to be a Sunderland fan for a canny length of time?
My team might be shit and your team might be the greatest of all time. Still doesn't hide the fact that you pretended to support another team on an internet forum to antagonise strangers on the interent that you will never meet.
Fair enough your team is better than ours but you are one of the saddest people that has ever graced this message board. We don't control how shit or good our clubs are doing but we can control how shit or good our lives are and you are clearly living a very shit one.
The majority of people are laughing at you.
Even despite having a “Vichy” ruler of the club for 13 years, Newcastle United still has broad international appeal.
As an international traveller I have observed this.Fundamentally that is down to Kevin Keegan who would be welcome back as a club ambassador once the corridors have been fumigated of the stench of Ashley.
Love going to the match and have had some amazing times with amazing mates.Aye league 1 never seen your team in Europe, your best player some fat pudding on a free from Bury and a half empty stadium great choice tbf
It's even more telling that Michael Dell and his investment team wanted to buy SAFC.Yes but it is telling that Newcastle was on the list. There is a prestige factor with all those cities and clubs you list.
Regional capital, business infrastructure, transport and communications, cosmopolitan city living index, tourism, # university places, architectural aesthetic, oh and standing of football team.
The players you will attract couldn't care less about that. All they are interested in are £'s!
