If all those things are important why are the likes of MSD and the Arabs not buy Celtic or Rangers? Even Hibs and Hearts? They could buy a club in Dublin, Bratislava or Prague for little or nothing.

The reason they want English clubs is for the PL money and global appeal. That's why PIF wanted to buy Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool before they went to Newcastle.

Bilbao's biggest rivals are Real Sociedad not Osasuna so what the fuck do you know? Mind, I have lived in the Basque region previously for a couple of years whereas you've clearly never left Darlington or your parents yet.

Yes but it is telling that Newcastle was on the list. There is a prestige factor with all those cities and clubs you list.
