Not sure about Barton Fink, but the other 4 are spot on. I'd probably put Miller's Crossing in as my fifth.

I'm a big fan of Wes Craven but Last House On The Left is awful.
I'd swap that for Scream and Red Eye for New Nightmare.

Millers is excellent but I think Barton was the first film I saw by them and its just a bit different so had to put it in. Like I said I love all their films so it was hard to choose five.
