All sounds like a good thought out plan. You do realise that the club already own the stadium, so I’m assuming you mean they buy the land off the council, but do the council actually own the land, or is it part of the original town moor. I always believed it was but don’t really know.
Yes I mean buy the land, I don't know who own the land to be honest I just assumed it was the local council.
Like I say I wasn't basing any of this on facts just a gut feeling that the Reuben brothers involvement might indicate a lot of property development.
Wait second, they want The Butcher of Arabia to build a new stadium but had protests when Ashley charged the name of SJP!
When you say they to whom do you refer?
I didn't say I wanted them to build a new stadium, personally i have no objection to selling the naming rights of the stadium if the income generated makes sense,
"The Butcher of Arabia" lol

I've never understood why Caulkin is held in high regard on here. He might as well be in a specials t-shirt giving knowing winks with that shite.
probably because he is usually the first one to pour cold water on the Newcastle take overs that come about every transfer window.

I believe the current stadium is built on land owned by the Freemen of Newcastle and would pay rent accordingly.
