If and when the takeover goes through the following players would prove suitable :
Terry Butcher, Steve Death, 'Chopper' Harris, Amby Floggarty, Craig Sheikspeare, Keiran Whippier, Terry Paine, Norman 'Bites yer Legs' Hunter, Justin Lashanu and Steve Doylewell. Manager of course would be Steve Brutal.

Not sure many of these are realistic. Some are dead, some are retired.

To be fair, Hodgson and Dalglish were only there a year each. Rodgers had them playing well and should really have won the title for them. Rafa in his time there spent a kings ransom on many players in the hope of finding a good one and his style of football was always on the cautious side. I always remember Carragher saying that at half time in the Champions League final, Rafa told them to keep it tight at the back even though they were 3-0 down. Luckily for Liverpool, Gerrard got them to ignore Rafa and go for it. Liverpool won that night despite Rafa, not because of him. I would honestly love him to go back to Newcastle.

Jamie Carragher has a different recollection of what happened at HT in the final he played in. He says Benitez made tactical changes, bringing on Hamman at the interval. Praises the manager no end in a recent interview on Sky Sports.

Well he’s obviously ‘adapted’ his version of events since he became a pundit. I’ll have a dig around and try to find the original.

Not to mention Gerrard himself rated Rafa as the best manager he played under at Liverpool.
pretty much the entire professional football world seem to rate Rafa highly, the only people who i ever seem to hear say he is crap are Sunderland fans and Richard Keys.
I would hazard a guess that the next manager we get who ever it may be, no matter how highly rated the world of football see him, Sunderland fans will rate him as a has been and they would rather Parkinson.
All these mags that have come out of the woodwork are seemingly ITK!
I would like to confirm that I know Zip other than the shit i read in the press

Sunderland fans haven't said he's crap.
We merely pointed out he did no better than the much ridiculed Pardew.

Sima disappears (presumably banned)17th April and Andy reappears 21st April after almost a years "absence".

Just saying....
amazing conspiracy theory, maybe we are the same person, also when you think about it Sima ends in the letter A and Andy starts with the letter A, that can't be a coincidence that like can it.

i bet you're a police officer in real life, or like a private investigator or something like that.

Not really bothering me at the minute this as more important things going on. I think once football is up and running again in 18 months time it will piss me off, especially if we are still stuck with Donald.
