Yeah, it's really good - very nerdy, but I loved it. Don't get the audio version of it - the bloke reading it does impressions of everyone, it's infuriating.

Imagine if Boris and co. were funding you lot and then pulled out, before immediately buying a team from America or Asia. Can't imagine you'd be too happy with that.

So it's a move that has been hammered by all corners internationally, and it's now likely to piss off Saudis as well. At this point, I'm not even sure what the PIF are getting out of this. It's a lot of money to spend to get trashed from everyone.

The whole thing is weird and doesn't make a lot of sense. I hope you stick around if/when the takeover is completed and we found who is actually behind and what their intentions are.

I cannot believe anybody would use that argument.

The only fans I can respect are the ones who can genuinely say, they do not care whatsoever who is running the club, they only care about supporting the players in thick and thin and always have a blind eye to outside the pitch. At least they stand by not giving a damn.

i think your last paragraph describes perfectly the vast amount of fans. Look at how poorly attended demonstrations were attended, how few people walked out during planned walk outs, attendances never really dropped despite calls to pack it in. The vast majority don’t particularly care too much, they like to watch their team with their pals or family and enjoy the game. Yes they’ll have a moan in the pub but they dont care enough to do much about it.

Not another friggin funeral. They don’t give a shite about what the potential owners actually do in terms of the lopping off of heeds and various other body parts, and all the other sick shit they’re responsible for, but if they change the name of wa groond prerests galore. on the other hand, they are more than happy to welcome the Saudis with open arms and look the other way so if sheik yabelly hoys enough coin about, then no doubt they won’t be too arsed about having the open sewer renamed.
