what kind of shithouse new owners would want to appoint a new CEO who was a complete disaster at Scunthorpe?

Of all the potential CEOs out there we choose a mate of Charlie Methven who’s overseen failure at his previous clubs, who looks like Maguires dad and just happens to be called Mr.J.Rodwell

Also reckoned the Americans would be completing the takeover for less that £100k too and that Donald couldn't stop them.
 
Over the moon, he worked absolute wonders at Scunthorpe and in no way fits the criteria of the other balloons Donald has appointed. We are in safe hands, we could even adopt the Scunthorpe model.

Honestly. The gravy f***ing train is back. All the false promises make my skin crawl. It's just all pure, utter fabrication. Fuck them all. They simply want to make their quick flip and run to the next business. Why the club hasn't changed hands anyway, down to Donald and his demands. They can all piss off, keep going down this path and so many thousands of fans will not go back. This great club and it's fanbase do not accept or will accept a bog standard league one outlook.
 
This blokes next job should have been Eastleigh not Sunderland. Donald is getting mixed up what club he owns now. Horrendous appointments and final nail in the coffin for Donald, the sooner they sell the better!!

They were flying under Paul Hurst weren’t they, nearly made the Championship IIRC, then he left for Ipswich, where he was a disaster and Scunny tanked as well. Turned out to be a lose lose for all parties.

Edit - I’m talking shite, Hurst did his good work Shrewsbury didn’t he 🥴
