The only way would be to break the rules really but if that was the case and say for example they qualified for a champions league place they’d be banned as per Man City. I think most are of the opinion Man City have bought their success the same as Chelsea. The premier league is a money league. To get past Man CIty or Liverpool would take years especially as it seems there’s no end to Man CIty’s spending. The only real fair winners were Leicester City.

They weren't able to show where the money was coming from when scruitinised. It'll be the same again

Yes, I’ll just get the ‘Your just jealous’ line from mags but I really would’nt want any association with the Saudis. They’re Rancid. That won’t bother the mags who already have a video waving the Saudi flags.
