You have no idea about this at all. It could be debt related or share related, you have no idea. It's not uncommon for a Vendor Loan Agreement to be used in either of these circumstances. Stop spouting like you know what you are talking about. Nobody knows the details of this deal, you are making yourself look like an idiot

I was asking a question. Thanks for proving my point though going on the defensive just because I raised a valid question.

You also don't know what's happening didn't stop you trying to explain what a vendor loan was though did it.

Chomp

all that hate in football and out of football for Mike ‘zero hour contract’ Ashley, yet not one criticism of the potential new owner Crown Prince ‘no woman’s rights and public executions’ Mohammed.
had this argument at work weeks ago
Saudi's man you couldn't pick a worse lot - killing journalists, dodgy arms deals, Yemen
sportts washing at it's worst
the good journalists need to expose this for what it is

Sourness for one seems to think it’s an odd deal:
To be fair, when I'm playing Football Manager it's always a lot more fun to give unlimited funds to an underachieving club than a traditional giant. The Arabs are playing real life FM. Plus, you get more appreciation from fans of a long suffering club.

I made it painfully clear I don't, I just stated you harking on with your agenda was silly. Nobody knows.

I asked a question.

You bit because you can't accept there are still suspicious question marks over elements of the deal.

Show me where I haven't accepted it? Also it's not overly suspicious either, vendor loans are quite common. This particular one asks questions indeed but AGAIN nobody knows it's purpose, as @Grumpy Old Man admitted yesterday. It's natural for Sunderland to hope it's shit but you haven't a clue and he admitted that much. So either you know more than everyone else or you don't know anything at all. If the latter, making out it's bad is quite frankly stupid.

Calm down man and stop biting

A bit of both. It's rumoured she will sit on the board but then if she has shares, she should. Nobody knows what her role/involvement will be.

Ashley isn't on the board at Newcastle; nor is Abramovic at Chelsea. In a plc, anything less than 25% is unlikely to get you a seat on the board.
