Please show me where I said we should be competing with spurs

If he is trying to refer to my original point, I think he will find I didn't either. I just stated that if teams can go through patches , why can't we? Apparently only our negative patches count - the good ones were fluke. Oh and don't talk about the pre war ones, they don't count apparently despite Sunderland fans always waffling on about pre-war accolades.

For what it is worth, every club in the Prem should be going with the attitude we can win it. What's the f***ing point of being defeated before you even start?

His boss has a box at St James’ told him. I spoke to him yesterday expecting him to be over the moon about it but said it’s not plain sailing as being reported. It does sound a bit similar to our situation when Short sold the club. I’m only saying what he said mate, not claiming to be itk!
Your mate the box holder claims to be an itk, I doubt he has a clue.

Agent Mike will buy us
That isnt outside of the realms of possibility. I was just thinking this yesterday. He knows how football mad the North East is and likes the football platform to advertise his tacky sports brand. How much would it cost to buy out Sunderland? Im guessing copper washers compared to the 300mill windfall hes getting (although leaking money elsewhere for sure). I dont think theres another club in the country that you'd get as big a bang for your buck than Sunderland.

It'll be Man City as our rivals as they will up their game in an effort to compete with us. And the thing is, our owner is the future King of Saudi Arabia and the Man City owners will have to bow to him when they meet. Looking forward to Oil Classico already.
why would the ma city owners..who rule a completely different cpopuntry to saudi..have to bow to the saudi king?

Considering Newcastle haven't played a home game since the end of February, who was feeding this man with the box the information of the intricate details of this deal?
Do box holders get courtesy calls from Mike Ashley to update them on his plans?

Ive no idea mate, again I’m just passing on what he said. You don’t have to believe it.

It’s not even anything shocking or groundbreaking, it just sounds like a normal business deal if true.
