Oh the irony
It might stoke the Chronicle into becoming a proper regional newspaper with higher standards of journalism. The Manchester Evening News or the London Standard achieve this.

The whole business model is flawed nowadays.

With an engaged club supporter relationship there would be demand, however, similar to the Gazzetts or Corriere Delhi Sport newspapers in Italy.

God knows what will happen if he does actually sell. Could end up no further forward with new ownership. Time will tell. I’m happy at the moment thinking

No more tax investigations
No more Joe Kinnear (twice)
No more sackings like Hughton
No more Wise in charge of transfers
No more of his disgusting advertising in the ground
No more association with the zero hour contracts bloke
No more £40m on transfers that stink to high heaven
No more sports direct arena
No more association with one of the vilest human beings I know

Gazzetta
Corrietta Dello Sport

bloody auto correct

Of course I didn't, just find it a bit hypocritical the way you lot go on about evil mr Ashley and his business practices.

I suppose you'll be joining in the boycout of these new owners then.

You'll have to point me to exactly where offically it has been confirmed who our new prospective owners are and their 'rap sheet' before I look up at you in that high horse tbf.

Unless you've just went 'grrrrr...Saudis bad' and lumped them all in together, like.

Would you take a zillionaire owner from Saudi right now or stick with the chuckle brothers ?

I just don't understand how your mad at Ashley but happy with the Saudis when the Saudis are much worse
Did the Saudi’s ever sell Donnay golf clubs or give away a giant mug? I don’t think so?

They had the PL in the bag in 1996 and somehow contrived to chuck it away. A lot of people seem to be assuming that it’ll be piss easy to get back to those days. It won’t. Money helps of course, but Fulham spent a fortune and went down, Villa could be the same and QPR made a hash of it as well.
It’s all a bit galling given our FFP clusterfuck mind.
