Look at Leicester, recruiting very well got them a league title and they now look like a Champions League team. The players they signed that won them the league would have signed for any Premier League team, so the opportunity was there.

Money helps massively but good management and recruitment is the biggest factor.

Aye, we all did. But dont think this is anything like a man city situation which you probably fear most. Was reading this morning that it looks like ashley may be lending them 150 million to buy the club. Perhaps a deal no to dissimilar to the one used to by our club.

That's not the actions of a buyer who's going to be splashing out big sums on players. Time to chill man.

I cant even get close to being worked up about football at the mo tbh with you.

They’d have to spend fortunes to get anywhere near City or Liverpool’s side to win anything. And if Ashley’s loaned them the money in return for Sports Direct involvement like Luke Edwards is reporting, they can’t have that much financial clout behind them.

You said literally minutes ago that you're prepared to role the dice. You seem to be getting worked up despite some very positive news about the future of your club. Maybe you need to relax a bit, or maybe the OP was right with his dense assessment. :lol:

If I had something i valued at £350 million a few months ago, then something happens which reduces everyone elses valuation of my item to £300 million, why would i not just hold on until my item is worth £350million again?
