I’ve slagged him off for the absolutely disastrous football decisions made by him during his tenure - and will not doubt continue to do so as he shows no sign of getting better on that score - but that’s certainly a good statement.

I think when all this virus crap finally blows over we will see some very large football clubs go pear shape due to overreaching their finances. Let's hope for all his admitted mistakes Not getting us promoted the biggest one we can look back and thank him for him running of the football club the way he has off the pitch.
