wdouldntd wnt to giev awaay you’re idenitty maetthed interst figure was a matter of public record wasnt it?
the £30m loss was a projection from bain about the following season..actually it was a £26m loss or thereabouts..but bain said but then you have the papar money so its profitable..
but those seem to have been operating profit and loss figures quoted by bain..ie exclusing legacy creditors on tranfer fees and the fact the sbc corproation needed to be paid..
i didnt know they were trying to vreak even in 2019? they budgeted to lose £3m at operating level didnt they? but then the st sales in their first season were much higher than expected so they lost much less than expected at operating level...then they said there were a few nasties like legal cases which cropped up..
i think one of the dorectors, now departed..implied a £2m annual operating loss in his one full year there..now how that shakes out when one off costs like legal fees and legacy transfers and player sales etc i dont know..but a £2m operating loss seems a reasonable figure for year one f their ownership..but now its closer to breakeven..and they arent cutting costs but adding headcount..
yes..but its confiedntial who i am..im not connected to the club or its owners (i mean i am on linkedin and connected to them there but not in "real life)
can u even spell rightwdouldntd wnt to giev awaay you’re idenitty maet
Yup. He sussed them instantly and people couldn't handle it. The club was a holiday campMethaven seems to have seen what was wrong too many employees in the club happy to take a salary for doing fuck all
See what you did therewdouldntd wnt to giev awaay you’re idenitty maet
there is certainly a lot of truth in what you state hrere re cukture..
but why would they want to change the culture if only taying for a year? jut get promoted getb the profit and let the next guy deal with the culture is what someone tyring to flip it would do..
this board has as one of its most persistent fantansies that donald only intended to stay a short time..no doubt he wanted, and needed, to sell some shares and bring new people in...but there has been the slightest indication he wanted to fuck off..
im nbot methven you bumbling idiot..
but what retunr rn is he getting exactkly? at the moment he is on a loss,,,,because the club hasnt paid him anything but he has put h=in huge amounts of work..every hour he was working here he could have been earning money in his real business..without the hadssle of deadlin with a bunch of fantasists...so at the moment its been a horrendous deal for him...to a huge extent of course thats because of his own actions and incompetence..
in the show..he is the one who paid attention in a presnetiation and most of the staff getting a living off your season ticket moeny didnt pay attention..thats a very low bar but already sets him apart as more professional than that plankton he was dealing with..
he is alkready a hugely succesfukl buiness man..must be regrettung every day he got involved in thi showerr of shite though..
nor will most of the peopel who have run sunderland..niall wuinn certainly never ran a bigger business than safc...and he wont now,..
he i only a deputy ceo of a football adsociation ffs..
bain will never run a bigger club either..
methven may however runa bigger business than safc is..and has worked with mch bigger clubs than safc already..
how. td has never run one and never will..sd and cm are experienced football people same as davidson..daviudisn has wirked with them both multiple times as well...he must rate them and them him..
I always remember someone telling me before I bought a business that you should expect to lose/get rid of at least 25% of staff due to them either not buying into what you are wanting or they are surfers ....riding along on others hard work .He wasb(Charlie) just as frustrated as the fans when tactics were wrong, he was getting annoyed at Ross' tactics saying f trying to hold on to a lead. He was right about the marketing team, there remit was come up with some ideas to get people into the ground, after a meeting they cake up with nothing, Nothing, a marketing team that came up with nothing. That's their job.
Reading between the lines Donald then said you get people that want to come with us and those that don't, you've got to get rid of those that don't or they'll bring the others down.
im happy to tell a modertaor or experienced poster of your choice my name, jib role and email address, as long as its only to oe person and they dont pass it on..in fact the mods probably have my work email now..?There's a f***ing surprise![]()
My attitude to work as a teacher is world's apart from some of my colleagues, as an ex serviceman what I am given a deadlines me to do something it always gets done.I always remember someone telling me before I bought a business that you should expect to lose/get rid of at least 25% of staff due to them either not buying into what you are wanting or they are surfers ....riding along on others hard work .

every footall club owner on earth buys the club for personal gain of one kid or aother..donald has said he lost £12m o his last football investment..and it would be great of he could make £12m on this one so he would end up neutral..at preset i dont think he will make a £12m profit..Simply answer the question on the motive as to why they purchased the Club?
No different mind you to those that have previously dragged my Club almost to its knees.
ut its fans who emntion charlies accent background and clothes negatrivekly ..crituics who think its relevant..i dont thik sd wanted to levae after one year..i think he thought he could get a bunch of iother investors i..have a much smaller shareholding but keep running the club..You could easily say that by overlooking the fact that they have twisted the truth now so many times.
Fans would have been cool with them if we had gone up and they soldfor a quick profit. Which was obviously their goal. Small margens. Charlton did we didn't.
And they have been caught out telling porkies too many times. So you can't put it down to the accent and the chinos.
Are you part of the business club ? I might of seen you around.thed interst figure was a matter of public record wasnt it?

nope...if i lived in the area i certainly would be though..Are you part of the business club ? I might of seen you around.
It's pretty decent. Some great contacts in the club. Always get little snippetsnope...if i lived in the area i certainly would be though..
Any companies set of accounts only state the financial position at the end of the financial period accounted for.
They would take into account any increase or decrease in income and therefore profitability.
Accounts show a £26.4m loss , not a £30m loss for the period ending 2 months after he became a director , something he could have little control over tbh.
There are NO accounts posted for the financial year ending July 2019 so we cannot see if the £30m loss turned round to a break even figure as he claimed in the programme.
I’ll be very polite and suggest that when he claimed the break even figures he wouldn’t have had the accounts finalised by then anyway .
I wouldn’t believe everything he said on STID2 , it’s up to you and others if they do.
