Eeeeeh it’s a different world up there now. Presumably a cost cutting exercise? When did this happen? So what happened to The Journal? They were always just Morn-Eve editions of the same paper but with different names. Same journos in a lot of cases anarl. Mag Bassas.

The Journal is still going they have them both in a morning, No regional versions of the Sunday sun now either it’s total Mag

It's not just confined to the here and now in fairness to him, he's been a tantaliser and a fantasist for as long as he's been on here. Desperately trying to make himself feel important/relevant.

Tbf the sweetie shop in there used to be the best. It's still open I think but isnt trhe same as when I was a bairn. Lyons butterscotch or liquorice tablets.

I’d like to think I’m a reasonable bloke and can take things at face value - in fact I have often said on here I think it’s a bit over the top when people get berated for giving some info that turns out to be false.

BUT

Has Bob ever got anything right? 😂There’s no need to resort to insults or owt like that but even I can see how people will call him out on this stuff now.
