Have you any evidence or even reason to believe he was asked rather than he resigned? Or have you just made it up? Would be useful to know before commenting further.

Tony was not sacked, he and SD /CM still, remain pals it just was to much for Tony living in Oxford an working up here trying to unravel 7 years of Byrne and Bain shite that put us in this position.
imagine if we had been ran on good financial terms we could be top 6 of the prem FFS

I don’t hate the bloke , I’ve spoken to him a few times face to face and he’s a great talker , would I trust him in a business sense ? , no , I’d be very wary about dealing with him.

This last series of STID has shown him for what he is , to me he’s not a very likeable character, he comes across to me as a chancer , a blagger , one who’s bitten off more than he can chew.

Hes not a bad actor though ,watch how many times he glances directly at the camera , he loved being the centre of attention .

The cameras have gone and so has he , nothing more to add m’lud.

You can do everything possible to take things forward but you cannot control what goes on once that whistle blows.

I like how he pushed the attendance issue as that is so vital for revenue, then Donald goes and pays £3M for Grigg.
You couldn’t make it up, by far the most ridiculous thing since the change over.
