Isolation drinking

Every night for me now, not loads, just a couple or three, a bit more on a weekend. I'm finding that it helps me relax, I look forward to it during the day.

A few lagers tonight and maybe a whisky to finish.

I have always been well-motivated but I'm starting to struggle a bit. All the things I had to do and wanted to do I don't want to do anymore. Always have three or four nights off the wine but not at the moment, that first glass of wine brings blessed relief. My wife and I are best friends, even better friends after a couple of glasses. Head done in.

Usually stella from local corner shop but the nobheads put all his prices back up for fags and cans reckons premier are not doing deals while this is garn on, so ive got 8 pint cans of carlsberg export from iceland £4.75 for 4

Exactly the same, haven't drank midweek in years but since Boris' announcement on Monday i've woke up fuzzy every morning. Living alone in a tiny box flat isn't helping...I lasted till 8pm today. I am putting my running back towards 5/6pm now the days are longer, to keep me from starting earlier.

f***ing shit that it's going on for months.
