That's me told.
I'll have to take your word for it.

I've had a very similar conversation with a mag season ticket holder, he more or less pointed out exactly what he has. He made a big thing out of the fact that although on paper it looked like a similar set up, under Benitez it looked like they had more of a plan and the team tried to execute it, so the defence was more solid and they were quicker and more purposeful on the counter attack.

Although he was pleased enough with the league position, the match itself had effectively become 90 minutes of torture that got in the way of him getting pissed.

Can't be arsed to Google her name but just heard on Radio Newcastle that daft MP has been banging her gums in parliament today about mags struggling to get to Southampton due to Flybe going bust and they should receive some form of support getting there.

Seriously man, what an absolute joke she must be with her colleagues in the house. Wasting parliaments time with mundane shite like this, enough going on in the county and world without this clown shoe bleating on about the gravy guzzler's perceived "hardship"

Mods, feel free to merge with mag thread as couldn't see it.

In all fairness what do you expect an MP to do? Did she not say the fans should be expected to receive compensation/money back?

She's a f***ing laughing stock and her ilk are the reason the country have turned their backs on Labour and their populist desperation.
I'm a lifelong Labour supporter as well.

Why not highlight those of her constituents who turned up at the airport and lost money travelling abroad? She panders to the masses, saying something along the lines of "Newcastle fans already have enough to put up with" mentioning their ownership.

If she is raising the issue and wasting parliaments time, surely she should look to raise the matrer for all of them who are out of pocket?

Exactly. Did she pipe up when Thinas Cook went bust and people from her constituency lost jobs?

Because Newcastle United’s stadium is inside her constituency. You seem to be getting angry at an MP carrying out her obligation to her constituents.
