So, what has gone on before is irrelevant, the lad is no longer posing a threat to life (if he ever was), therefore the copper is bang out of order and absolutely fucked!

A basic understanding of the use of force would help you, you don’t seem to have a clue.

I had a bit more training in use of force as I carried taser,
Used my car once to take someone out but because the threat he was posing to myself and others was so severe I knew I'd be able to justify it,

still shat myself at the fallout afterwards but was alright when it was investigated

Sympathy on a personal level is one thing.

But to imply that if he's been involved in a fight that the officer is justified to take a running, blindsided strike to the head of a 16 year old is another thing all together. Defending this level of potentially deadly force because somebody is 'not innocent' is crazy. The lad is lucky and hopefully the surface wounds are the extent of the damage and there's no further internal damage.

If the policeman has done anything wrong then he will be in trouble it's all camera

What you getting on your high horse for, if the copper has used to much force then he will be dealt with by the relevant people. My point is the lad shouldn't get himself into situations like that in the first place.

It's not naive at all, it's called common sense, there have been plenty of times before when police have got into trouble for using excessive force.

You've admitted you dont know what he was doing, now you're claiming he was causing trouble? Which is it?

And there was no cover up, falsification of evidence or lying when it was investigated.:rolleyes:
