I was at a black tie do in Newcastle back in October. Drove home after, going along the Quayside. 11 at night on a Friday night and the streets were deserted. Monday (student) night in 2002 the place was absolutely rammed and the streets crawling with folk (all our school’s sixth form was out for starters). Less people are drinking out now all over.

I asked someone at the club why Malta wasnt mentioned and they said they can't mention/promote anything Malta in Sunderland.What a guy!
