About once a fortnight, though at the moment, most weekends we aren't at home, so about every 8-10 days is probably more accurate. In summer its weekly regardless.

Was saying to the wife earlier funny enough, that I can't remember the last time we bought new bedding though. Seem to have had a few new duvets, but cant remember buying new sheets or covers.

Longest I've every gone without changing bedding was around 3 months. I'd got my first flat at 18 and didn't think about such things. I brought my gf round for the first time and she said nowt. The next day she bought me two sets of bedding and changed the bed chucking the old stuff in the bin
