Changing your bedding..

Once a week on a Saturday but I hate doing it.
Tried many techniques for putting on the duvet cover but I've settled for laying the duvet on the bed, turning the cover inside out and then grabbing the corners of the duvet from the inside of the cover then shaking the cover down.

Pillow cases every couple of months, once they start getting crusty.

Love fresh bedding but I reckon ours is changed once a fortnight at most .. sometimes longer in the winter and more frequentnin the summer

Every 6/8 weeks and I'm not joking. Life is hard so bedding is the last thing to think about. Normally get a buck on bedding day mind

If you have slik bedding, like me, they need washing when you can see your reflection in the pillow. Once every 2 weeks on average, however my son's bedding looks like a chrysalis.
