Hopefully not and people are just reporting it more.

There was a similar case of a G. P. at the Pallion Health Centre a few years back.
The dirty get was filming himself doing female examinations.

No the overwhelming problem is people not believing what the doctor says actually, assuming they know better

Stories like this are rare, thankfully.

I thought the last time I was at the doctors was a little strange. He asked me to drop my trousers when I described what the problem was...

I only went in for a repeat prescription!

A lad I knew did similar and got 3 years. He was a Doctor and set up a secret camera (it was before camera phone technology) in a tissue box and filmed himself assaulting a variety of females , young lasses to pensioners whilst sedated. Nice lad as well & would never have guessed he was such a deviant.

I know, quiet as a mouse at school, top university, doctor and then not quite sure what happened but was bad enough to be banned from even working in Pakistan as well IMSC.
