Prof Todd said the threats come from some campaigners who believe her views on the need to protect women's spaces, such as single-sex refuges, from people who self-identify as women but are anatomically male are unacceptable.

I do not know of any such refuges, but given the very low number of males who have transitioned to become female, I would think any such services would be confined to the city only, though some women's refuges may admit transexual people.

And rightly so. That Ross Kemp documentary recently saw a trans prisoner end up in a male bail hostel (because he'd been refused into all the womens ones). Women in refuges are normally fleeing domestic violence and will be fearful of strange men in such close proximity.
