To be fair, I doubt there’d be any modern referee who’d even have to consider a VAR referral - this is the footballing equivalent of standing outside of a police station in broad daylight and shooting someone.

Cheating continental *****. Their footballers were already adept at diving. Ours are still playing catch up.
