honestly think its time for some of these old boring bastards to stop going to the game. If you are old and not boring then please still go i am not ageist.

however, for the boring boring bastards on this thread why don't you protect your lungs and do another activity like feeding the ducks at the park or joining a chess club.

Far from it. The majority had been on the piss all day and had a brilliant day. Perhaps we should ask the younger ones to stop actively supporting the club and instead just become more zany?

Perhaps rather than people jumping on each other when we score, we should ask them to remove themselves from the celebrations and instead start chucking stuff around the away end? Now obviously they will risk getting arrested, getting charged and losing their SC (and all the loyalty points); but their actions will please the soft cocks on the SMB that like it.

That bollocks mind mate. The young lads who travel with us are brilliant. Yesterday they treated the match like we did as young’ uns. They were on the piss from daft o’clock; sang for 90mins; and ended up on the deck when we scored. They never felt the need to chuck something or try to moan about modern football. Thankfully they were too busy enjoying themselves.

It’s bizarre that some think chucking smoke bombs is supporting the club. Could you imagine building up 60-80 loyalty points watching us in the lower leagues and then getting banned for chucking something which offers nothing to the atmosphere 😂

What happened to the bus full of asthma sufferers all fuming and choking?

Won’t lie, I had about 11 pints when I posted so my op wasn’t great. I was trying to say; on the bus I was travelling with, everyone was concerned that it would eventually lead to us getting into trouble.

Wot with EU environmental laws? Hoied on the pitch, nee one hurt but multiple claims for trauma based compo.....

So we can expect the same or similar treatment for doing the same. That would be the fair way.

This is the point people are missing mate. We used objects being chucked as a way of restricting their allocation. As it stands, we could easily take the full Railway End at St Andrews, but stuff like yesterday won’t help us.

Complete and utter rubbish, as has been pointed out 20 times on the thread but you and a couple of others chose to ignore.

Coventry got sanctioned because they theough objects from 50ft above the home end down onto innocent people, regardless of what the object was, that was worth having thier allocation cut. Endless amounts of other away fans have set smoke bombs off in the north upper and not thrown then down, and no one, not one person that I have seen, has asked for those fans to have thier allocation cut. Coventry fans hoyed stuff intentionally into the north lower to hurt sunderland fans.

Its absolutely ridiculous to say that whoever through that smoke bomb onto the side of the pitch yesterday could have our away allocations cut because of it.

Especially considering clubs at this level will rely massively on us coming to town in large numbers. And 99% of fans dont mind them.

Hey,child, if you insist on being an oxygen thief then at least use it with a modicum of common sense and civility rather than blurting out such stupidity.

Facts.

I thought it was good to see our fans showing a bit of joy .
After all , there’s been a lot of misery and anger recently, some falling out with the club. Understandable that some might get a little “carried away” .
There will have been many turning points over the season when we look back at the end , but I think that flare was the signal that supporting the lads something to be enjoyed again, and a call to the home fans to follow suit. ( I don’t mean flares tho)
Roll on Friday !

exactly. good post. nothing wrong with going a bit mental after a goal like that to continue our run.

i'm no fan of these flares but only and simply down to the possibility it might result in cutting our allocation. they can look quite good mind.

as for yesterday, we were in the very back row and the smoke wasn't really too bad up there but mrs humbug is a bit out of fettle and started a coughing fit down to the fumes. she went out to get some water and came back. i knew she'd be fine so it wasn't a big concern. while she was away she overheard some police say they knew who it was and were going to sort it.
i don't think it's right to grass and get someone arrested (if that's what eventually happened) for it mind.

the only time i've really been pissed off with them was down stoke a few years back when some clown let one off down the concourse and i was berated on here for being a miserable twat and the patter that smoke bombs don't hurt anyone. apart from the bloke waiting to use the disabled toilet who couldn't get out the way.
