I mean don't give a shit about your fellow supporters just so we can throw bloody theatrical effects on the pitch for "atmosphere". Funny how the fans have managed to create class atmospheres for decades without needing anything other than singing and jumping about a bit.

So everyone who complains is a fanny in your world? Grow up.
Think you need to learn what a question mark is.

Got any statistics for how many deaths are caused by smoke bombs? Because I've seen loads of countries where there's hundreds of flares (more dangerous than smoke bombs) and I haven't heard of any deaths. I think one little red smoke bomb is unlikely to cause major issues.

Im sure google does, feel free to google away. It isn’t whether it’s likely, as it isn’t, but what do you say about it when someone unfortunately does die due to it? Are you going to include in his eulogy “but it looked good lads” or something?

Honestly just think about it. What is the real benefit of it? And what are the risks?

I don't know what the risks are, you're the one saying it's dangerous so I thought you'd be able to provide the evidence of it, rather than telling me to Google it! I've got asthma and I've always been fine with smoke bombs, maybe mine isn't serious, but either way if it's one little thing like that in the open air I'm sure it would be very easy to hold my breath for ten seconds and move away from it if I had to. When enclosed in the concourse at half time or whatever you might have more of a point, but I don't think that today was dangerous

OP clearly says flares. They’re clearly not. That’s my point.

It would make a difference if it actually was a flare and it set you on f***ing fire.

I’ve got asthma like, and I don’t think a bit of red smoke would have upset me in any way .

That article highlights several deaths by smoke bombs for the pedantic. Did a “bit of red smoke” upset those people who never returned home? Or the two fans in Scotland who spent several nights in hospital?

And you’ll know as a sufferer there are varying degrees of athsma and it isn’t just that condition that can be triggered by it - bet a doctors got a long list if we have any on the board that you could take a look at and critique the merits of smoke bombs against

It was fuckin class and I hope we hoy more of them about. They're smoke bombs as well for fuck sake not flares, it's not hard to tell the difference.
Cheers ‘Einstein’ I hope you get your hands on one, throw it and then you get the fine and lose your season ticket....if you one.

Several people dead from that article due to smoke bombs
Don't be so soft, your talking like the smoke was in a small room full of people with no ventilation. I could understand people moaning if it was tossed in a pub but not outside, Ha'way man it's a bit of fun

Read that. Three people dead mentioned in that article alone. Sure there has been more. All in a well ventilated ed stadium.

So you think the oppo fans and the press will say oh thats all right then. A good chance it could reduce our allications of away tickets which could stop you from getting a ticket next time. Think about it, eh?
