Got that last week and thought it was canny.I got one yesterday from asda Auchentoshan single malt american oak, was 20 quid down from 32 or summit. Dont know if it's a good one or rated highly or not , but I really enjoyed it last night, one of my favourites so far. Only tried a few other single malts.

Looked at membership before...guessing you think it’s worth it![]()
I buy less and less from them but they have had some cracking Springbanks, Laphs and Bushmills in the last year or so. I'm in London regularly so I use the bar on Greville St quite a lot which makes membership more worthwhile.
Aye looked at the bars/venues and I’d be unlikely to benefi.
Some cask strength Springbanks sound almost worth the membership alone
Whats your verdict on Arran ? Just ordered a couple having tried some taster drams...very good value they seem
They do have various finishes and also a full on sherry bodega bottle...ordered QC and their 10Arran is decent. Typically I prefer bourbon cask whiskies but with Arran my preference is for sherried, especially Amontillado or Palo Cortado. Whiskybroker regularly release Arran's so they're worth keeping an eye on if it turns out to be your tipple.
