Because only mods can start a poll on PF but anyone can create one on parsnip, so it's often easiest to start one on parsnip and link to it on here. I did that when I started a new manager poll before Parkinson came and a mod decided to move it to PF. For some reason they don't seem to want to move this one so it seems stuck in parsnip!
