I would argue that VAR is the problem, as the two different sets of laws have been enforced because of VAR.But there are two different sets of laws. The ref has used VAR to enforce them but its the laws that's the problem, not VAR

I understand the logic behind the two different laws. It's just a step in the wrong direction. VAR is/was supposed to improve football by getting tough decisions right. Instead we're now seeing new rules, offside decisions, that no one can say are correct, because the laws of football do not state when a pass is a pass and, you still cannot see beneath a jersey, where the arm starts and the shoulder ends, and people still argue over decisions by the referee and the VAR.This is the problem. One hand ball for attackers one hand ball for the defenders.
Will stop the cheating though. Always a bonus.
Var seem to favour the bigger teams
It did make the Man City game entertaining in fact it was a total farce for the first 25 minutes.People watch football to be entertained and see goals. VAR is disallowing far too many and ruining what could be good entertaining games.
Yet when it gave a perfectly good goal (Shelvey for the mags) people were still full of fuck.People watch football to be entertained and see goals. VAR is disallowing far too many and ruining what could be good entertaining games.
It's awesome for betting though, get on less than 2.5 goals for premier matches and the odds are still great.People watch football to be entertained and see goals. VAR is disallowing far too many and ruining what could be good entertaining games.
