They have the likes of cairny who is ten times betterHe is, you put him in a attacking team team that likes to pass the ball and he will excel
Nowhere near as good as cairny and johansonDon't be silly.
Not surprised. Despite being played out of position, he's looked like one of our best players consistently for 18 monthsIn this January transfer window.
Heard from the same source who told me about McGeady last week.

He is my favourite player by the way i just don't think he is that levelI'll reserve judgement until he's at a club with a half decent manager and coaching staff and playing alongside players who can trap and pass a football

Top end of the championship mind yeh maybe your correct there is nothing we can do to keep him either really. It's only one level above what he's operating at marra. Aside from his attitude and fitness levels he's pretty good at controlling the ball and passing short and quick then moving into space. Let's be honest, he's got donkeys around him......slow of thought and slow of deed. I'd be very confident he could handle one step up and I wouldn't rule out the possibility of him making two.
I think you are missing the point.
He isnt overrated becuase we know his limitations, but the fact that he is one of our better players just shows how shite we are.

If they sell him they deserve to be drowned in dogshite. It’s ok having a philosophy of bringing in young players and then selling them on for a profit if you have the squad in place to support it. We don’t, and I have little faith in him being adequately replaced.Well we can extend his contract and keep him till the end of next season but I'll be amazed if our proposed spending this window isn't based on selling him.
