Technically yes, but someone taxing McD's out of coffee is not high on my 'concerned about' list. In fact, it is absent.

Perhaps the question the OP posed should have been "is this a crime against as a sympathy-worthy victim"?
There was a case like this in Kentucky.. I'm not good at American law .. But colonel Saunders was happy with outcome..

This case has apparently caused a McFlurry of activity in the courts.
