They shouldnt want to eat it. Thats the point.
What why? Theyll eat specific diets all week man. Why can't they have a fast food meal once a week? Just because they're professional footballers that aren't very good they shouldn't want to eat a burger they should eat clean to avenge their poor performance? Some people on this board dont have talk some utter shit.
Yes it does actually. It's not exactly a positive thing and just typifies how unprofessional our setup is.
If you had a bad day at your work and went for a McDonalds afterwards is that classed and you being unprofessional and undisciplined? Get real mate.

Do one clever lad. I'm not a professional athlete and paid to play football. I wouldn't eat a McDonalds now let alone if I was a footballer. You defend it all you want.

That's your choice. A majority of people like fast food. Just because they earn a living in a much more privileged way than the average person doesn't mean they aren't entitled to eat a cheat meal after a weeks training, regardless of how good they are or regardless of the result, clever lad.

No one said they couldn't, they can eat and drink whatever they want. You're missing the point entirely.

It's not what they're doing necessarily, although I do disagree with it, it's about the context and how it's perceived.

- Both players out of form;
- Both dropped;
- Maguire accused of being unfit and out of shape;
- Team losing games;
- Just beaten by Gillingham;
- 11th in the league;
- They're both sitting together, away from the team eating an unhealthy meal.

It's unprofessional and imo disrespectful to the fans, manager and club. If we were top of the league and they were playing well I honestly wouldn't care, although would still be surprised.

Look at the likes of Ronaldo and Kane. Both very good players. And then hired personal nutritionists, and moved to a different level.
It’s a game of small margins
Are you comparing Ronaldo and Kane to Chris Maguire and Aiden McGeady? Three division apart? I can promise you that both of those you mentioned will eat a cheat meal. Your body needs it.

If this pisses you off might i suggest not looking at Dwayne Johnson's cheat meals. Sure it's not fast food, but arguably there's equally as bad for you foods there

No it doesn't.

You mean a bloke that relies on bulking up/maintaining his monstrous size? Not the best of comparisons mate :lol:
