my father in law used to say sunderland are a rolls royce with a skoda engine.. this is fantastic news about the investment.. but i hope they are having some direct influence in the running of the club.. or we are going nowhere with these two in charge..
any evidence the americans know anything about running football clubs?
how many games of football have they ever seen?

Who do you think told RR and ALS? Oh and Donald has mentioned a takeover.
Donald said investment all along, unless the deal was right then he would think about selling all together. Somehow I don’t think a successful businessman would tell a couple of fanzines about a done takeover when it was nowhere near done.

Someone's desperate for some validation today

With good reason. Till now all news about these new people have been vague and confusing and contradictory. Clear as mud.

Have these new people taken over or not? Are they even owners? What is this 10m? Is it a loan Stewart Donald will have to repay over time as he is still owner, or not, or is it a donation?

Nobody has been told anything of any certainty.

But Charlie just because people watch football doesn’t mean the know things, like I’m sure SD & CM have watched alot of football in the past but on the pitch we haven’t improved and been lacking in areas for everyone to see, I’d probably guess man city owners hadn’t seen alot of football before buying them, they just need to employ the right people to make the decisions.

The fan experience seems to have been brought up in a few articles. Be interested to see what this is. Apart from food/drink and a comfy seat what more could they do?

how much of their billions was mad running a football club

plenty o billionaires have got it wrong
as you should well know
.... and other billionaires have got it right by getting the right people in. Let’s focus on the fact that SAFC are one of the few clubs In the country who are debt free. This money will be a massive investment in the infrastructure. The future looks bright!

Donald has mentioned a takeover.
Someone from the club has told them or do you think they made it up?
