Something very complicated is going on. You need to look at all the other filings today. This is nothing less than a complete restructuring of the company's capital base. The detailed files aren't yet available, but it looks like I'm going to be spending a lot of time in a darkened room with a towel over my head trying to make sense of it all. Sorry, @Ghandi Floss , I might have to pinch your space at the next liaison meeting.
Ever get the feeling you’ll never really retire?

why? happesn every day of the week in business..i think ellsi short did the exact same thing when he came first..
What it will be secured against, Why would three American business men throw £10m at something they know nothing about, it might happen every day in business, so does businesses collapsing, I'd like to think that's not going to happen to SAFC, like I say it sounds dodgy.

We shall go in together, as I’ve got hods of other questions from the RAWA thread!

Mixed emotions on this, delighted they haven't walked away and are still keen on us as a club, but disappointed it's not a full takeover (despite reports saying it was always just investment).

I have no confidence in the existing board to make key footballing decisions so despite having an injection of cash, It makes little difference to the actual structure of the football club. Our academy and 23s are getting tanked every week & the key people in recruitment i.e. Coton, Hill etc are not good enough.

It’s not being on a down, it’s asking how it can be an investment when the shareholdings - ie the investments made by shareholders - remain as they were before, implying that this is a loan rather than an equity investment. If so, why not just call it a loan?

dont ask questions! Just be wide eyed and be happy there’s money coming in. I mean it could be a high interest loan that is required to ease cash flow problems indicating that we’re suffering from financial cramp for all we know, but just be happy!
