Tange's Sports Bar will almost certainly have it on - I saw both the Oxford and Ipswich games there.
It's an English bar, run by really nice folks from Bolton. Just ask them if they would put our match on for you when you get there.
And it was only 1 euro for a pint or bottle of beer - honest!

It's in Bonanza Square mate - only about 10 minutes walk at most from the sea front.
Stick the name of the bar in Google maps and it'll give you precise directions.
