Is correct.Ross would not have got us promoted and given the undoubted failings of his team, set up and transfer windows he therefore had to go.
Whether we employ Parkinson or not, he had to go.

I don't think so. My concern is others have turned us down because we aren't really a better move for them. Donald has a terrible record of appointments at Eastleigh. I wonder does he do much research before making an appointment?Do we think that Parkinson is the clubs first choice? Surely if he was we wouldn’t have waited until today.
I agree Wigan fans arent huge fans but his record is still probably better than Parkinson's and at least they played some good football in league 1. Plus he managed to get a tune out of Power and Grigg.
Stinks of a cheap option, either go all out and get Pearson/Stendel or we may as well have kept Ross.
Be in this league a few years by the look of things, so aye I'm gutted. That ok?

And Parkinson 1/6 from 1/7 not a massive shift but you'd think if he was at the AOL today they would have closed the bookAinsworth 14/1 down to 8/1 with Skybet, 14/1 down to 10/1 with Betfair/PP, just saying like.
1/3 marra, agree on your second point. And Parkinson 1/6 from 1/7 not a massive shift but you'd think if he was at the AOL today they would have closed the book
Most will give him time and see how the whole thing plays out, you make it sound as though the majority expect a miracle, they don't.
The noise at times re investment has skewed opinion, but people are not daft.
If you look at his record it's not awe inspiring but he's made a decent fist with some difficult jobs.
My biggest concern is if the rumours are true and we appoint him until the end of the season. We need someone to be accountable for the summer recruitment. To plan who is staying and who is going in terms of contracts.
His experience at Bolton suggests he's a good crisis manager. At some point it would be nice to be a club out if crisis.
If its today, about 5-30 to 6pm is usual by Turtle SpurtHas he been announced yet?
Was just looking at Skybet but your right.1/3 marra, agree on your second point.

Turned us down.
Turned us down.
More money for Ainsworth marraWas just looking at Skybet but your right.
Also a lot of money for Ainsworth lately on Betfair
I don't think we have a winner yet
Whoever it is won't have much time to set-up for Saturday. Therefore, Ainsworth would probably be best as he'll know the opposition inside out.
