Not for me mate, you can only blame Ross so much. Fails to inspire I accept. Coaching players to have no pace, no speed of thought on the ball, an inability to pass to a teammate? I think you’re actually giving Ross too much credit there!
 
Should be sitting at the base of a midfield 3. He knows how to position himself defensively and can slot into the back line easy enough.
Play 4-3-3 and stop expecting our wingers to track back as they just can’t get up and down the pitch quick enough.
Get the defence up higher and basically grow a set of balls.
Yes we’ll concede some from balls over the top but we might actually give teams something to think about.
 
Total non-entity of a player. Offers nothing apart from sideways and backwards passes. Spends most of the game just standing watching, letting it pass him by.

No surprise that we haven't won another game he has started. We've only won one league game that he's started this season.

He should be nowhere near the starting 11. I hope I never see him play for this club again.
