SAFC Takeover Latest

I worked on a yacht about 12 years ago which was owned by Stan Kroenkes wife. David Dein came onboard, I'm guessing to negotiate the sale of his Arsenal shares. Months later he sold them Usmanov.

Point being this stuff takes time. The idea of a load of trolley pushers on here getting themselves whipped up into a frenzy on here is laughable.
Tbf though it was whipped up by so called ITK s who said the deal was done and they had that from people involved. Why wouldn't people get excited when they took the info on good faith. At the time anyone who questioned it was absolutely shot down in flames for being 'bed wetters'

Just had a read of that, interesting to say the least but I won't hold him to it but it does sound positive ;)

It's certainly a different world over there at the moment  It seems on here that nobody is allowed to share snippets on info, positive or negative and if they do it just gets picked to fuck or old shit is brought up again and the thread just derails, ah well
Always been the same here
This place is like your local pub/club
There's always the same group of gobshites in the corner who think they own the place and talk shite.
When your a young'un you listen to them for a bit but then go off and realise there is a big world out there.
Everytime you pop back in the same sad knacka's are still in the corner still think they own the place still spouting the same shite

Just ignore the minority mate
I firmly believe that the majority on here are decent lads (and lasses) with some really good crack
Most of the ITK info is posted in good faith and I for one appreciate it.

I have a genuine ITK who is in the finance industry.

DD is complete and it flew through. No concerns at all. Only stumbling block is the future relationship between investors and current owners.

This financial institution also did the DD for one of the previous Mag takeovers and it collapsed because they found out that St James is in need of significant refurbishment investment.

I have on good authority that SJP needs a lot of money spent on it to make it structurally safe. Hopefully any issues with our takeover will be ironed out asap.

The problem is recognising those two groups. There is a difference of opinion and the groups seem to be blurred on many occasions. One man's gobshite is another man's 'in good faith' ITK.

I'm sure I read something on here a while back saying the same about our very own South Stand.

Has there been work done on the South Stand recently?

NR just very confidently stated DD was held up at Newcastle due to safety concerns of their ground, but ours has flown through? If there were concerns about the south stand, then there'd be a hold up I'd expect.

My god the heathens will be out on the streets demanding a new 80,000 stadium be built.
Its not fit for purpose. Hall said it was a carbuncle. And it needs a lot of money spent on it just to maintain it. For a new stadium they will have to buy land, put infrastructure in and then build it - a lot of money and time! For any potential buyer a lot to think about.

Contrast that to us...thanks to Sir Bob and his foresight. We have the land and a fantastic stadium that can easily go to 65,000 if needs be and an option of 75,000 if the Dell lads decide they want to take us into the stratosphere.

Doesn't look like it, just that they've both been registered in the same place by the same agent. I'm sure it's been said that lots of companies are registered in Delaware for tax purposes so probably not a surprise
Hope ya right.

Just of all the places in the whole of america and they have even used the same registrar...

They are obsessed I tell ya.

I like the sound of that.

absolutely correct, forget it being a football club, they are buying a business and the process takes time, simple as
