SAFC Takeover Latest

I have a genuine ITK who is in the finance industry.

DD is complete and it flew through. No concerns at all. Only stumbling block is the future relationship between investors and current owners.

This financial institution also did the DD for one of the previous Mag takeovers and it collapsed because they found out that St James is in need of significant refurbishment investment.

it will happen its just the size of the assets and how far and wide they are spread it is time consuming, I would not be surprised if paperwork has not already been sent for final look through. and the last of the Mags Byrne shite has been put to bed.
so just relax everyone
You know nothing

so it not happening, great kill this mumsnet of a thread
This is the solicitors office this morning. As you can see then pen is in hand and paperwork on desk ready to be signed to finalise the deal but given the way this thread entertains them with this latest "ex player told me it's off" debate they just can't bear to end it all by completing the takeover!:lol:

What Friday was that? That week everyone was plane spotting? They'd been in for a fortnight by then man.

People might bear in mind that we had this charlatan overseeing the club's business for several years. The Alvarez fiasco is an obvious example of the 'shite' that has to be sorted out and I bet you ten bob there is a lot more where that came from. When SD and co. were taking over last year, they were getting such a good deal from Short, I guess they would have accepted that there might be a few expensive skeletons in the closet. I get the impression the new blokes take a much more thorough approach. This takes time. At least one law-suit under way IIRC. Just chill!

It seems that literally everyone connected to the deal is leaking like a f***ing sieve.

Infested with people who’d rather be right that it’s off or laugh at people trying to be ITK and wrong if it fell through than have this actually go through. Head cases all over this thread .

yeah i'm firmly in the "its happening/happened" camp but if next week comes and goes without an announcement then i would start to be concerned given the planned talk-in, the estimated timeline by SD and the cancelled game next saturday - it's a perfect space for this mega news to "drop"
