What does all that mean in English?😂😂

They’ve got an extra few months to file their accounts at Companies House. That’s about it really.

There may be some transactions between these companies and Sunderland A.F.C. but that would be the only thing of interest.

Won’t be takeover related.

Whey man i was getting excited there. What with it being posted on the takeover thread 🤣🤣

They could have done it to bring their year end date into line with their other companies or any number of reasons. Even if there are transactions between the companies and us then the prospective buyers would likely know all about them as part of their due diligence - but GOM would know more about that than me.

Cheers mate but none of that still makes any sense to me. It might aswell be in Chinese 🤣

If Donald has sold the business as rumoured, would it not be the new owners who have changed the accounting period or would it still be the responsibility of Donald to file them? And are there completed documents to say he has actually sold the business and not just in the process?

Still Donald as he’s registered as the current director at Companies House.

Plus it’s the accounts for the leasing business that are yet to be filed. It was his insurance business he sold.

I think it's safe to say we need an accountant to answer this
