Just had a peak at the other forum and it is just as amusing. Loads of posters off here whinging about how its the worst it's ever been on the SMB (to past posters who hold grudges against this place because they were banned) whilst switching furiously between the two forums. :lol: Embarrassing.

Yes but it gets no closer. We are as close today as we were a week ago when the press were saying back then a deal was 'close'. We are no further forward now than we were a week ago.

I’d agree, and not bashing him, but I do feel it was made to appear as a done deal which is certainly sounds like it’s not. From the SD tweet it feels they haven’t even agreed terms yet, although it sounds as they have an agreement on price?

How do you know that, mate? Unless you're on the inside, looking out, no one knows. I'm guessing, the same as you & pretty much everyone else. Don't worry about it, mate. It'll either happen or it won't. The Earth won't suddenly stop spinning, either way.

This 100%, whys it even important enough to whine on about. I agree it’s an amazing prospect to have new owners with loads of money, but not important enough to distract me from just getting on with my everyday life. Not important enough for me to ridicule and attack somebody I’ll never know face to face, just because, for either good intentions or attention seeking, posted some rumours. I just think some fuckers, on both sides, the posters and the postees, need to take a day off, enjoy the football and stop sniding at each other.
