Something certainly must be happening. We know that normally he's excitable as hell and can't resist giving updates to supporters. The fact he hasn't suggests there's some sort of agreement not to (whether an official NDA or otherwise). So him now saying he's sure questions will be asked and answered (seemingly regarding the takeover) suggests there's a reason why he can be a bit more open. Not expecting it to be announced formally tonight, but if he's freer to talk it suggests it's progressed

I don't know if this is anything to do with it, but I think from other club's previous takeovers that NDA's were in place during due diligence and once that was complete then it could be talked about?
Maybe there are other NDA's in place which would explain why nothing is being leaked while things are being prepared for the public - if that's the case.
