Did you see his tweet reply above? He didn't really deflect it when he could have.

Michael Corker - it’s definitely time you updated the fans, We are the club after all a deserved to know what’s happening!

stewart donald - I have a fans talk in tomorrow so I am sure I will have lots of questions to answer and I expect this will get asked and answered
He has done a good job there to sell more tickets for tonight, clever marketing quote 😂😂

Thanks for the info mate. Most informative. Looks like it could be a very good appointment. Local knowledge will be a massive boost.

This appointment is not as left field as it first appears.

Before SD bought the club from Short there was a lot of talk about a local consortium of business people looking at SAFC, of which Nathan O'Brien was allegedly a member.

If the Biffa deal numbers I've heard are accurate then SAFC would certainly benefit with a sprinkling of that sort of financial pixie dust.

Nailed it in one.

Cue the "I didn't want to believe it until it was formally in print" etc. Heaven forbid they could actually chill and enjoy something for once.
I think many SAFC fans are naturally wary of speculation and rumours, and suspicious of leaks and 'ITKs'. Remember ITHICS?

Now that sounds better. As for naming them that is not my place but merely an opinion upon which I will pass judgment.and that opinion leads me to believe that certain posters thrive on negativity

I've served my judgement and it was damming. Good day sir.

Today is a slow day.

Very true. I just like the idea of a bright young local businessman being involved. At first glance they at least seem intent on not making the same mistakes as Mr Short did.

Aye I seen that mate, still think he will be sworn to secrecy as press will pick up anything immediately and it could jeopardise deals and jobs etc
i know these things are usually done in secret but the takeover of a football club is different from say buying out the kingfisher group ........ the buyer wants to buy and i dont see how breaking the total secrecy embargo actually jeopardises the deal and jobs as you say?can you explaiin how it works?

And a very good day to you. Sometimes comments on here can be quite bemusing. I respect opinions that differ to mine, that is what debate and discussion is all about, but sometimes it appears that a tinge of jealousy is created if someone posts anything that could be an exclusive
