Although, the offer to buy Newcastle is said to only stand at £125million now with further payments taking the deal up to £300million.

PURCHASE PRICE: £300 million payable as follows:
• £125 million upfront payment payable upon transaction close
• £175 million 3-year seller note earning 3% interest payable annually
• Transaction to be structured on a cash and debt-free basis


It's a crowdfunding bid isn't it? :lol::lol: So it's a partial payment of £125m and 3% interest oin the rest over 3 years plus they want to buy it debt free so that means Ashley is only going to get around £60m now given NUFC owe him £111m?

To be fair to the lad.. if you'd had as much jip for posting what he has when he's blatantly not a 'wum' then I wouldn't blame you for being a little touchy. He's dealt with it pretty well all things considered.

I thought that was blindingly obvious - at least to anyone with a brain. I'll be generous and put it down to Pancho having not as much time as I to read a single entry due to his mod duties making him skim-read.
